Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Credipathway and any related services we operate. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the Service
When you use Credipathway, you agree to do so in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. You will not attempt to compromise the security of the site, you will not scrape, mirror, or republish our content in bulk without permission, you will not impersonate any person or entity, and you will not use the site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these rules.
If a feature requires registration or sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you receive and for all activity that occurs under those credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect a credential has been compromised or misused.
Intellectual Property
The articles, headlines, branding, and other content on Credipathway are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights, either owned by us or used under license from third parties. You are welcome to read, share, and link to our content. You may not, however, reproduce substantial portions of it, frame it within another commercial site, or use it for any commercial purpose without our explicit written consent.
User Submissions
When you send material to Credipathway for possible editorial use — a story tip, a correction, a letter to the editor, or a photograph — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the material in connection with our reporting, with attribution where appropriate and where you have not asked to remain anonymous. You warrant that the submission is yours to share and that we are free to publish it.
Newsletter and Email Communications
If you sign up for the Credipathway newsletter, we will use your email address to send the editions you have requested and, where permitted, occasional service messages related to your subscription. We will not pass your address to other organizations, and you can unsubscribe with a single click via the link in any email.
Third-Party Links and Sources
Credipathway contains links to third-party websites operated by parties other than us. We provide these links as a convenience and as part of our editorial sourcing practice, but we do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their own terms, not ours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
While Credipathway takes reasonable care to provide accurate and timely editorial content, the site is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content, and we accept no responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on it. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on information you read here.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Credipathway is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — that result from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Credipathway, its operators, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) your misuse of the site. We will provide reasonable cooperation in defending such claims at your expense.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Credipathway at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, if your use of the site creates a security or operational risk, or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue in force.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms — and any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of them — are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Credipathway's operator is established. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence override this arrangement.
Changes to These Terms and How to Reach Us
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "Last updated" date indicates when it became effective. For material changes we will provide reasonable advance notice, for example via a banner on the site or a note in our newsletter. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact form, which routes directly to the editorial team at Credipathway.
